You will not receive a generic AI pitch or software demonstration. The purpose of the conversation is to understand the decision in front of your organization, identify what may be preventing progress, and determine whether I can add value.

Depending on your situation, the conversation may cover AI readiness, adoption strategy, governance, technology modernization, workforce adoption or an upcoming board or leadership discussion.

  • Where adoption currently stands;

  • The primary business problem;

  • What leadership needs to decide;

  • Your desired timeframe.


If there is a clear fit, I will recommend the most appropriate next step — which could be a leadership briefing, readiness assessment, strategy engagement or ongoing advisory support. If there is not a clear fit, I will tell you.
